Tampa Screening of the Dark Side of the Full Moon

Event hosted by The Seventh Mom Project, which is the beginnings of a nonprofit perinatal mental health coalition started by moms to help other moms climb out of the darkness that is perinatal mood disorder. Following the film, a discussion panel will take place featuring use of the Edinburgh scale and times to implement its use, what are obstacles to treatment and what can providers do at this time as well as what the community at large can do.

Dark Side of the Full Moon Screening

Dark Side of the Full Moon is a groundbreaking documentary.  The film lifts the veil on the dark side of motherhood.  The powerful film tells stories about postpartum depression and other mood and anxiety disorders related to childbearing.  The documentary has been screened in over 80 U.S. cities.  Medical programs and educational institutions are purchasing screening licenses.  In fact, Stanford University is implementing the film into their curriculum.
